hi I’ve factory reset my quest 2 and I’ve reinstalled gladius and it says oops you’re email has already been activated, please could I have help with this I really llike this game and I don’t want to have to buy it the email I bought this with is jensenmogensen@hotmail.com.

i have already payed for the game but it says that this email hasn't bought it even though i have and i try signing in but it don't work help please

I very much doubt, anyone will reply to this but, here goes.

I already purchased the Gladius VR game, using my email address but, after factory resetting my Oculus Quest 2, I can't reinstall it. 

Every time I try signing in, it won't work anymore and just says

"Oops! This email has already been activated"

Can you help please? because I paid $15 for this game and would like to actually use it.

Hey I bought the game and activated on my Quest 2 played it for a while and had a lot of fun playing it. One day something on my Quest unrelated to the game made my system crash and I had to factory reset my headset. When I reinstalled the game and signed in the game said id already activated therefore restricting from playing the game. How do I fix this?

And now I got oculus quest 1 and I have just installed the game but when i try to put my email and username in it says it has already been activated, what should i do? Can I install the game on both devices at the same time Quest 2 and Quest 1 ?  Off course I'm using the same Oculus facebook account. Thanks

I have the game on both oculus quest and quest 2, i used my email on quest1 but when i try giving my email and username on quest 2 it says its already been signed in

Any tips on getting this to work? I sideloaded on Quest 2 and it never loads when I launch it, just sits at the 3 dots

The spear is amazing but shaft weapons NEED the ability to SLIDE your hand on the shaft without letting it go to be "feature complete"

i typed the wrong email when signing up to keep this game and when i downloaded gladius i couldnt play and now that i changed my email back it still wont let me play when i type my account email please help me bro
